What it is

ImageMagick is a command-line toolkit for working with images. It converts between more than 200 formats and can resize, crop, rotate, compress, add text and watermarks, and combine images. Because it runs from the terminal, it’s ideal for scripts and batch jobs.

Why it’s here

  • Batch work. Resize or convert a folder of images with one command.
  • A building block. Many other tools and scripts call ImageMagick to handle images.

On CoreDesktop
