What it is
Remmina connects to other computers’ desktops. It speaks RDP, the protocol Windows uses for Remote Desktop, as well as VNC, SPICE and SSH, so one app covers Windows PCs, Linux machines and virtual machines. You save each connection as a profile and open it with a double-click.
Why it’s here
- Windows desktops from Linux. Connect to a Windows PC or server over RDP.
- One app for many protocols. RDP, VNC, SPICE and SSH in the same list.
- Saved profiles. Keep your connections and their settings in one place.
On CoreDesktop
Remmina is installed from Flathub. Open it from the app grid. update keeps it current along with the rest of the Flatpaks.
