What it is

Warehouse is a manager for Flatpak apps. It lists everything installed, system-wide and for your user, with each app’s size, origin and runtime, and lets you uninstall apps and clean up the data they leave behind. It can also manage Flatpak remotes, take snapshots of an app’s data, and switch an app to an earlier version when a new one breaks something.

Why it’s here

  • Everything in one list. CoreDesktop installs dozens of Flatpaks, and Warehouse shows them all.
  • Clean up leftovers. Find and remove data from apps you’ve already uninstalled.
  • Roll back an app. Go back to a previous version until a fix lands.

On CoreDesktop

Warehouse is installed from Flathub. Open it from the app menu. update updates your Flatpaks, including Warehouse, and removes runtimes no app needs anymore.
